Introductions

Hello all! Welcome to AP Biology! I do appreciate all of you that heeded the announcement to give me your addresses. It will not bode well for those that did not, so if you know any of your classmates that did not see me, PLEASE update them.

I have decided that I do not want to give you a summer assignment. Odds are strongly against many of you completing it until the week prior to school anyway, but I did want to get you somewhat in the groove. It will be IMPERATIVE that you have access to e-mail and the internet for the class. I'm starting this blog as a neat way to see what everyone has to say and share. I must credit Ms. Kim Foglia with the idea. She has an amazing website at explorebiology.com that I will reference throughout the school year.

That being said, send me a response telling me a bit about your years at North, why you decided to take AP, expectations you have for the course, etc. Please also include any extracurricular activities like dance, band, football, jobs and the like. Knowing more about your schedules makes it easier for me to whittle down your course syllabus and timeline.
